SPRING 2018 Registration Information

Registration cost is $195.00 per player for baseball, $130 for Tee Ball, $45 for Tiny Tots and $145 for softball. There is a discount if you have multiple players in the league.


  • 1/27 - Saturday, January 27th - Mandatory Player Evaluations 9am-2pm (schedule TBD) @ DPLL FIELDS
  • 1/29 - Monday, January 29th  - Make up Player Evaluations 6.30pm @ DPLL FIELDS

- Be sure to login to your existing account. (Prior registration information is already stored in our system.)

(If we have an electronic copy of the birth certificate we do not need another copy.  That is good as long as you play in the league.)

EVERY SEASON: Residence shall be established and supported by uploading current documents of THREE or MORE of the following categories to determine residency of such parent(s) or guardian:

1. Driver’s License
2. Voter’s Registration
3. School records
4. Welfare/child care records
5. Federal records
6. State records
7. Local (municipal) records
8. Support payment records
9. Homeowner or tenant records
10. Utility bills (i.e., gas, electric, water/sewer, phone, mobile phone, heating, waste disposal)
11. Financial (loan, credit, investments, etc.) records
12. Insurance documents
13. Medical records
14. Military records
15. Internet, cable or satellite records
16. Vehicle records
17. Employment records
NOTE:  Example – Three utility bills (three items from No. 10 above) constitute only ONE

Any documents submitted as proof of residence must show customary usage or consumption to
demonstrate bona fide continuous habitation as determined by Little League Baseball, Incorporated in its discretion.
II.  A player will be deemed to attend school in the boundaries if:
          A.     The physical location of the school where they attend classes is within the boundaries established by the local league. Note: This excludes home schools, cyber schools, sportsrelated schools, sports academies, or preschool or after school where a student participates outside of the primary school the player is enrolled.  

- You will then need to first create an account for yourself.  After creating your account you then can create a profile for your child(ren).  Only then will you be able to begin the online registration.  You will need to uplaod a birth certificate along with residency documents.

All registration information, residency documents, and payments MUST be completed before 10:00pm on Wednesday, January 24th to avoid being assessed a $25 late fee. NO EXCEPTIONS

Please go to the link above to the league age charts for baseball and for softball.  Please review this information especially if your player was born after April 30, 2005.

TIny Tots is for players ages 3 through 4.  All Tiny Tots players must turn 3 by 2/1/2018.

Tee Ball is for players ages 4 through league 6. All tee ball players must be league age 5 for the Spring 2018 season.  This means they turn 5 on or before 8/31/2018. For ALL first time 6 year old players, Tee Ball is required.  

The various divisions for baseball and softball are determined through age and draft.  The registration process will guide you through the appropriate registration for your child.  To get started click on the "Register Online" link at the top of this page.

DPLL Boundaries 
Go to this site and enter your address to pull up the league map.
Little League rules allow a player to play in our league IF they attend a public school in our boundary. They need to furnish a copy of the report card for confirmation.
Documents Needed:
For each player we need proof of age and 3 residency documents.  All documents are managed through our online registration system.  New residency documents are required each year.  Guidelines for documents can be found on a link below.
